Support for your everyday routine
Calm, steady focus
Matcha carries L theanine alongside its caffeine, so the lift arrives smoothly and lasts, and Lion's Mane sits alongside it for the part of the day where you actually need to think.
From matcha and Lion's Mane
No afternoon crash
About 48mg of caffeine released the way whole leaf tea does, gradually, so there is no sharp peak and no drop after it.
From L theanine and Reishi
Gentle on the stomach
No roast and no acidity, so it sits lightly first thing in the morning or on an empty stomach.
From ceremonial grade matcha
Nothing added for sweetness
Stone ground ceremonial matcha is naturally smooth, so there is no sugar, no sweetener and nothing artificial in the pouch.
From the grade of leaf
One scoop, thirty seconds
Fully soluble in hot or cold liquid. No whisk, no sieve, no clumps and nothing to clean.
From the extraction process
Fits most ways of eating
Vegan, gluten free, lactose free and keto friendly as formulated, with no added sugar. If you are already careful about what you eat, nothing here gets in the way.

From the people drinking it
Love the Benefits. Love the Taste.
I love the benefits, but the biggest surprise is that it doesn’t even taste like mushrooms! I actually look forward to having it.
James Broadford
Finally, Matcha I Actually Enjoy!
Bought it for the benefits and ended up loving the flavour just as much. Such an easy addition to my daily routine.
Jessica Coates
Doesn’t Even Taste Like Mushrooms!
I put off trying it because I thought it would taste like mushrooms. It really doesn’t! Love getting the benefits in something that actually tastes good.
Emily S
My 3pm Slump Is Gone
I used to reach for a second coffee every afternoon and still feel flat. Swapped my morning cup for Mello and the afternoon dip just stopped showing up.
Sarah M
Smooth, No Jitters
Regular coffee makes me edgy. This gives me the focus without the racing heart, and it actually tastes like a proper coffee, not a health drink.
Daniel K
Easiest Part of My Morning
One scoop, hot water, done. No machine, no mess. I take the matcha to work and it mixes fine with cold milk too.

Lion's Mane
Traditionally taken for focus
A pale, shaggy mushroom that has been part of East Asian cooking and tea for centuries. It is one of the six mushrooms in the extract blend listed on the pack.
King Trumpet
Mild, and a close relative of the oyster mushroom
Thick stemmed and gentle in flavour, King Trumpet rounds out the blend without adding any taste of its own. Like the others it is part of the six mushroom extract blend listed on the pack.
Shiitake
The one you already know from the kitchen
Shiitake has one of the longest records of everyday use of any mushroom. In the blend it brings a quiet savoury depth that sits behind the roast or the matcha rather than on top of it.
Reishi
The evening end of the mushroom family
Bitter on its own, so it is balanced within the blend rather than dominant. It sits behind the roast instead of competing with it.
Cordyceps
A long-standing part of endurance traditions
Part of endurance traditions for centuries. It carries a faintly savoury note that disappears entirely once there is milk in the cup.
Turkey Tail
One of the most researched of the six
Named for the banding on its caps. It is the quietest ingredient in the blend by taste, and one of the most researched, with the studies summarised on our research page.

Questions, answered
Does it taste like mushrooms?
No. It tastes like a good ceremonial matcha, grassy and smooth, with a slight depth behind it. The mushrooms sit in the background rather than on the tongue.
What if I don't like it?
Tell us within 30 days of delivery through our contact form and, once approved, we refund the order in full. Return details are sent within 48 hours.
How do I make it?
One level scoop into 200ml of water at about 80 degrees, not boiling, and stir. No whisk or sieve needed. For an iced matcha latte, dissolve the scoop in a splash of warm water, then top with cold milk and ice.
How much caffeine is in a cup?
About 48mg per serve, about half a standard double shot. About the same in both blends.
When should I drink it?
Any time. With L theanine alongside about 48mg of caffeine the lift is gentle enough for the afternoon, and it will not follow you into the evening the way a late coffee can.
Is it suitable for my diet?
Vegan, gluten free, lactose free and keto friendly as formulated, with no added sugar. The full ingredient list and nutrition panel are printed on the back of every pouch and under the Ingredients and Nutrition tabs above.
